Their hours are a little loose at the moment, as they're just opening up and need to feel it out, but they'll most likely keep winter hours and be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Though it was more of a natural progression than a passion project, Quinntin used to always say he wanted to be an ice cream man when he was young and referred to the constellations the Big Dipper and Little Dipper as "the big ice cream scoop and the little ice cream scoop." It's a fun story to tell, now that he really will be an ice cream man operating an ice cream shop.Īrctic Scoop will be selling all kinds of frozen treats, soft serve, hard serve, slush puppies, a variety of toppings to put on your ice cream and more.
